Privacy
What Emporania keeps, why, and how to ask for a change.
What is kept and why
Emporania keeps what it needs to run the review: the account details an admin entered for you and your profile, the comments, files, layout edits and decisions you make, your notification choices, and a record of important actions so admins can look into problems.
Privacy and Data
- We collect and process the account and activity information needed to provide, secure, and administer the Service, including the details of your profile and what you write and do in the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- When you report a bug, we keep your report together with who you are, the page you were on, your browser and any screenshot you attach, so administrators can look into the problem.
- Bug reports you send are also passed to the company's internal support system so the team can follow them up.
- We implement reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security. We are not a backup service and are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of Your Content.
Monitoring and Audit Logging
Your use of the Service may be logged and the records reviewed by authorized administrators for security, accountability, and troubleshooting, and you have no expectation of privacy in your use of the Service.
Communications
By using the Service you agree that we may send service-related messages to the email address associated with your account. Messages needed to run your account, such as address confirmations and password resets, cannot be switched off while you hold an account. We may also send notices about activity on the projects you can open; you may choose which of these optional notices you receive in your account settings. We do not send promotional messages through the Service.
How long it is kept
Comments, requests and decisions are kept with their project so its history stays whole. The site's error records are kept for 60 days, and its activity log keeps its most recent entries.
Cookies
Emporania uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in and keep forms safe:
- emporania_session: keeps you signed in.
- emporania_csrf: protects the forms you send from being sent by another site.
Your light or dark choice is remembered in your browser itself, not in a cookie. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
